1. Senior Engineer, Track and Infrastructure

 The post of Senior Engineer, Track and Infrastructure, is undoubtedly no child’s play based on their responsibility.

Responsibilities

As a senior Engineer Track and Infrastructure, you are expected to report to the Senior Manager, who is responsible for implementing and managing engineering processes to ensure that multiple projects and procurements of the Green Line, when integrated, produce a Light Rail Transit (LRT).

You also have to methodically help in the technical delivery of rail transit infrastructure, including; Right of Way and Track components.

Qualifications

A Civil Engineering degree

You have to be a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) in Canada.

You ought to have a minimum of 4 years of expertise in the design and construction of light rail transit Track and Right is an extra advantage to obtain the job

Skills 

You must be able to operate effectively in a team.

Must be competent while communicating.

Ability to work under pressure

Compensation

The compensation ranges from $98,595 – $151,009 per year.

§ A completed 2-year diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Humanities, Psychology, or a similar discipline and at least 8 years of relevant Experience.

Experience must involve at least 3 years of work directly connected to equality, diversity, and inclusion.

5 years of leadership experience and a proven ability to manage personnel is necessary.

Strong communication skills, including report writing and presenting.

3. Leader Workplace Solutions

As Leader Workplace Solutions Officer;

You will keep the portfolio of office accommodations in quantity and quality to efficiently utilize office space, actively manage our accommodation assets, and find solutions to business difficulties through creative office space.

You’ll also be responsible for leading the team that collaborates strategically with the corporation and business divisions.

 Create a new workplace strategy to maintain corporate equity, cost-effectiveness, and a constant level of service quality for all workplace accommodation planning, including flextime, future of work, and formulation of policy, workplace strategy, and standards, providing strategic and operational leadership/direction to the organization.

In charge of all civic space and accommodation initiatives and programs.

Qualifications

A degree in Interior Design, Planning, or a similar discipline.

You must have at least 10 years of relevant professional Experience.

Equivalent combinations of Experience and education may be considered.

National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) accreditation will be advantageous.

4. Finance Lead 

As Finance lead, you will be;

Responsible for giving counseling, reporting, and financial information interpretation.

Support operations with financial analysis by collaborating closely with the finance coordinators on operational and capital budgets for the various business units.

Join business unit committees and projects, where you can take on significant roles and engage with the unit to offer financial guidance on various working committees and initiatives.

Make that internal controls are in place and are being followed. Develop appropriate internal controls and management audits.

Support and incorporate changes to corporate, portfolio, industry, and business unit policies and processes while maintaining the accuracy and reliability of financial data and compliance with citywide rules and regulations.

Regarding finance leads, you must have basic qualifications and skills to function effectively.

Quantification 

To take advantage of this job opening, you must have a degree in a relevant area and a professional accounting credential, such as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

At least 8 years of comparable accounting experience in increasingly more responsible jobs.

Extensive financial expertise from a corporate and operational standpoint and a comprehensive understanding of financial and accounting systems.

Volunteering for Previous leadership, audit, and financial reporting firms will be considered an advantage.

Skills 

Strong customer focus and the capacity to create connections with business customers and colleagues are necessary.

Having the ability to be able to draft solid strategic leadership and managerial skill to generate outcomes that are consistent with company objectives.

You must be able to create an environment to develop the workplace and political savvy.

Compensation

$89,632 – 137,281 per annum.
