Our client, an essential global player in the insurance sector, is currently looking for a Director, Digital Business Solutions, to join their fast-growing team in the Quebec province. In this role, a key one within the company, you will drive the evolution of the company’s client-facing digital capabilities.

This will involve establishing a vision of where the company should be, designing an action plan to accomplish it, and ensuring the department has the best team to implement the plan. To make the plan and the implementation successful, our client is looking for someone who can engage internal and external stakeholders to buy into the plan.

Job Details:

  • 100% remote, the future Director can be located anywhere in Quebec.
  • Salary: 120k + bonus

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute the digital strategy making sure is aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Lead the team in developing the short- and long-term digital solution strategy.
  • Create a solution development roadmap in line with internal capabilities and functions.
  • Manage technology introduction throughout the solution development and deployment cycle.
  • Identify and implement needed technologies and vendors to fulfill the outlined objectives.
  • Achieve the target and goals to improve the customer journey and service levels in the operations process, because of new solutions implemented.
  • Conduct research on market trends to determine how new technologies may affect business operations.
  • Building and managing a technical and business team, to develop best-in-class insurance solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders including business, functional peers, and senior leaders on cross-functional initiatives, and establish constructive working relationships.
  • Work in coordination with the Program and Product Management departments on the development of business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management of Information systems, Computer science, Health, or other related areas of study.
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience in global organization and projects. – in the insurance industry, a great asset. • MUST HAVE: Experience implementing Digital Strategies in a Call Center environment
  • Familiar and able to work in an Agile environment, with Waterfall methodologies, and lean management concepts. • Extraordinary organization skills.
  • Leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Self-directed and ability to self-prioritize.
  • Autonomous, flexible, and proactive.
  • Ready to go the extra mile to ensure internal customer satisfaction and respect for deadlines.

Start time: Approximately 5:30 AM


The Route Specialist will cover the routes of teammates when they are away and maintain their established routes, including orders, delivery, and, or unloading our products at customer locations on designated routes, in a courteous, professional, compliant, safe, and timely manner. This fast-paced role is also responsible for stocking and facing products on displays and shelves, in coolers and cold vaults while ensuring that appropriate rotation standards are maintained. The Route Specialist may be asked to train new route sales teammates and to assist the Supervisor, as time permits; handle urgent customer needs to satisfy commitments made to customers, and serve as an ambassador of our company and the world’s most recognized brands.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Cover vacation routes competently to maintain established route standards and sales to prevent missing important opportunities, ensure a high level of customer service is maintained
  • Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves, displays, cold vaults, and cooler equipment, according to company standards
  • Specified activities per route discipline (bulk, conventional, full service, and cold bottle)
  • Assist the Supervisor in training new route sales teammates and assist supervisors as time permits, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer service.
  • Handle urgent customer needs to meet commitments made to customers in a timely, consistent, and professional manner, through partnering with the sales, delivery, and customer management teams
  • Assist supervisor with projects, tasks across the territory, and other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis
  • Past job performance must reflect dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, and the ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced continuous lifting environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of product repetitively
  • Availability to work some weekends and some holidays
  • Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent safety record
  • Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand truck, etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
  • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English to perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
  • Route Specialist typically is a senior role capable of covering any route discipline.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license for your state of residency with an excellent driving history reflected on a 7-year Motor Vehicle Report
  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or permit (Class A) or the ability to obtain such

Description

The Kentucky State Park Ranger Division has an opening at Jenny WIley State Resort Park for a State Park Ranger. A Kentucky State Park Ranger enforces state laws on Kentucky State Park properties, protecting our guests and property and providing a safe environment. Shifts may vary depending on the needs of the park.

The Kentucky State Park Ranger at times may provide services to our guests such as trail rescues, first aid, general information such as area attractions, and information regarding assigned parks.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Working knowledge of Kentucky Revised Statutes.

The Merchandiser is responsible for presenting products in a way that will attract consumers' attention at our retail customer locations. This position services and maintains multiple bulk accounts by merchandising approved products and packages using safe handling techniques and following all quality guidelines. We are seeking a Registered Nurse at the Carl D. Perkins Vocational Training Center to provide professional nursing services to patients in state facilities and may supervise Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurse Applicants/Registered Nurse Applicants or unlicensed assistive staff in the implementation of nursing policies and procedures, and performs other duties as required.

This position will be assigned to the 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to Carl D. Perkins Vocational Training Ctr (CDPVTC) consumers that include but are not limited to administering physician-prescribed treatment and assisting the physician (per their orders) with physical exams. Preparing/administering medications, Monitoring blood pressure, pulse, etc.
  • Supervise LPN's, Patient Aides, and other Assisted Living branches. Directly addresses performance issues as they arise and develop corrective action plans.
  • Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, family members, Center staff, etc. Conduct routine nursing rounds, fire drills, and room Inspections. Comply with and maintain proper Infection control procedures.
  • Maintain medical records per CDPVTC/state/federal policy and procedures. Complete shift reports and other required documents.
  • Assist with teaching, counseling, and follow-up with consumers to ensure CDPVTC consumers are as independent as possible with activities of daily living.
  • Participate in the Best Program (documenting behaviors and attending meetings, as needed).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), (Virginia +4 Driving record) a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
  • Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
  • Capably utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports (such as Scheduling Activity, Training Detail reports, etc.) that require interpretation and action for effective business management
  • Enforce Contract Standards
  • Administers site safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for security officers including vehicle / driving safety as appropriate to corporate procedures
  • Prepared to participate in unemployment hearings

  • Able to:

o Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
o Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
