Princess Auto is a Canadian based multi-channel retailer. We serve the home, shop, and industrial markets by providing a unique blend of quality products, services, and value based solutions to our customers through an outstanding shopping experience.

Overview of the position:
Our National Contact Centre is a fast paced, inbound contact centre where our Team Members are empowered to find creative, customer-centric solutions using a values-based approach.
You will typically spend your day processing customers’ orders by telephone, website and email, answering inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer information in our databases in both official languages. You will have the opportunity to learn about our products and share that knowledge with our customers.

We are looking for customer-focused, fluently bilingual people who can work a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts to join the team!
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be fluent in French and English (written and oral)
- The desire to quickly learn about the awesome products we sell!
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Enjoy working with people
- Be respectful, upfront and honest
